Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your Climado account.

Important Note

Deleting your account is permanent. All your personalized data, saved routes, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.

How to delete your account via the app

Open the Climado App

Launch the Climado application on your mobile device and ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.

Go to the Profile Tab

Navigate to the bottom navigation bar and tap on the Profile tab to access your personal account settings.

Tap "Delete Account"

Scroll down to find the account management options, then tap on Delete Account and confirm your choice when prompted.
